The property, which is located at 5130 North Bay Road, has 10,000 square feet. North Bay Road is the home to many Miami celebrities, including two members of the Miami Heat: Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. Martin previously sold another Miami-area property in Golden Beach for $6.3 million last year.

Miami Beach Real Estate Developers Progress

A Miami Real Estate Developer has recently proposed large mall project at the MacArthur entrance to the sunny South Beach area. Developer Crescent Heights, in partnership with Paragon Outlets, is proposing a large-scale mall project at the former South Shore Hospital site near the MacArthur causeway.

The project, which would have a total of 450,000 square feet of much needed retail space and 200,000 square feet of condominium space, would represent a marked shift in the highway approach to South Beach. The Miami Area is one of the few areas in the Country that wants new Condo Towers and townhomes. The Miami Developer sees this proposed project as a community event and a community opportunity. It would be one of the largest Miami Real Estate Developments in recent history.

Miami Beach Architects and Real Estate Developments

The Developer Crescent Heights will unveil proposed designs soon. The plans for a large outlet mall and residential complex could very well alter the entryway into South Beach in a major way.

Three firms are competing for a contract to design the project around the site of the abandoned South Shore Hospital. This Miami Property sits just north of the MacArthur Causeway. The Miami Real Estate for proposed Condos and retail will present their visions at Miami Beach City Hall’s commission chambers. Miami Residents will see this is an unprecedented venue for a private event.

Alton Road Real Estate in South Beach Florida

In past years, the three-block project stretching north from Fifth Street and Alton Road has been discussed as a high-end shopping center. However Galbut said Crescent Heights now plans a mall with their new retail partner Paragon Outlets. Plans will include public components, such as a three-acre park and a strategy to improve the severely congested intersection where Alton Road meets the causeway. Among the solutions discussed: building a new northbound Alton Road flyover with an extra lane. The firms of Gensler, Benoy, + Add, and Skidmore, Owings and Merrill have been tasked with designing a winning plan.
